Glamping breaks – not just for school holidays

Glamping is a fantastic way to experience the great outdoors! Don’t limit yourself to thinking you can only glamp during school holidays, weekend glamping break is a smart way to escape the weekend routine and experience something a little bit special.

The great thing about glamping is that all of the hard work has already been done for you. There’s no tent to erect, no cooking stove or BBQ to pack. With glamping you can just grab the clothes, pick the kids up from school and finish work early on a Friday, and drive an hour or two to your glamping destination.

City v Country

Forget about city breaks where you could be staying in a soulless hotel chain desperately trying to find a car parking space. A short two-night glamping break will give you a unique location and allow you to refresh your batteries, get you out of the rat race, relax and breathe in the fresh air.

Glamping enables you experience the great outdoors on your doorstep, whilst our selection of luxury tents, glamping pods and tree houses will keep you safe and cosy. You’ll have your creature comforts that you would expect, together with all that space and sky to relax and wonder in the natural environment.

Getting away with the kids is the best way to ensure quality family time. Leave all laptops and tablets at home, bring the dog and get back to basics. Treat your loved ones to an evening by the firepit, tell stories and toast marshmallows. Camp fire moments are always unforgettable moments.

Osea Meadows

Osea Meadows is situated next to the stunning Blackwater Estuary, near the historic market town of Maldon. A short two-night glamping break will provide a much-needed treat for families. We are less than two-hours from London, so leaving on Friday after the school pick up, means you’ll be here at Osea for dinner and then home early on Sunday evening. You and the family will experience a different world without eating into your annual leave allowance.
