The Shepherds Hut has become the glamping ‘must-have’ and it’s easy to understand why. These beautifully-compact, attractive huts may have once kept Shepherd’s from the cold, but nowadays glampers are loving their nostalgic look and practical appeal.

If you’re a glamper that likes a ‘roof over your head’ then the Shepherds Hut is definitely for you. Our deceptively spacious shepherd’s huts can accommodate two adults and two children in one double bed and one bunk bed. The huts also offer a kitchenette facility to cook-up light meals and snacks with a two-hob gas stove, milk fridge, kettle, sink and electric sockets. There’s also a toilet. The hut also has a range of crockery so that you can serve up breakfast, lunch and tea without having to pack everything from home.

The Shepherds Huts allow easy access into the hut thanks to our wooden crafted stairs that allow little ones to pop into the hut without any big steps or climb.

Get Close to Nature

Outside of the Shepherds Hut is a picnic table, creating the perfect outdoor living and dining space. Our guests spend hours cooking-up a family feast and sitting round the campfire as the sun sets over our natural surrounds.

At Osea we’ve been undertaking an extensive re-planting programme bringing back lots of native trees and hedgerows to the grounds. We love nature at Osea and we’re also a haven for wildlife, such as rabbits and migrating birds. The sound of birdsong around the grounds is truly magical.

Within the grounds we also offer all of our glampers access to the ‘Garden Ark’, where you’re free to store ice blocks. The ark also has vending machines where you can buy a drink or snack.

Please remember even when glamping you are still camping, so don’t forget to pack your bedding and towels.

Always bring wet gear, especially wellies and a waterproof jacket, you never know what the weather will bring.
